Team Drawing for berths in the 2026 BRSD is Sunday, Oct. 19

2026 Spring Dinger News

Managers - If you have NOT submitted a request to be in the drawing for next year's Blue Ridge Spring Dinger, please contact us for that link. We want to make sure that all teams have a chance to play in this event if they are interested, and the drawing is the only way to do that.

If you believe you have a team that can compete in our 60+ Elite Division, please contact us for a possible invitation for that event and bypass the drawing. We have two remaining berths in the Elite Group.

75+ Division of the Spring Dinger is moving forward! We have received many inquiries for this new addition from all over the Country and are looking forward to it. We have chosen four managers and they are in the process of naming their teams and choosing two players as their "holds". All guys who signed up will receive emails for their registrations and invoices for the fees,  and we will then be able to start building the teams. We are limiting the rosters to 15 guys each, so if you have not sent us an inquiry, you must do so before all 60 spots are taken. All others will be on a wait/cancellation list. Click on the link below to indicate your interest in playing in this "Sandlot Style" event.

Dinger Baseball - Adult Baseball Events

Aging is inevitable; but passion for the game never gets old! That's why Dinger Baseball Events provides opportunities for men to participate in our tournaments in 60+, 65+, 70+, and 75+ divisions. What's even better? How about driving a pitch over the fence for a home run at that age? At our Blue Ridge Spring Dinger in Asheville, NC and our newly planned Bay State Bash near Boston, it's a very real possibility!

So what makes Dinger Baseball Events so popular? We're glad you asked! We hold our tournaments close to cities that provide fun things to do off the field, as well as between the lines. Games are scheduled to give guys and their teammates and/or significant others time to explore the surrounding areas, enjoy restaurants and shops, and still play five games over three weekdays. We limit our divisions to six teams and play 7-inning games on fields with shorter fences.

Bring your team to Asheville in April to shake off the winter rust and get ready for your summer league play. Head to Boston in September with your tournament team to firm up your roster and gel  before you take on other teams at your World Series event in Arizona or Florida.

If you're 75 or older, play a little sandlot-style with guys from all over the US as part of the Blue Ridge Spring Dinger in May.

We invite you to discover Dinger Baseball! Call or email us for more information; but more importantly - stay active and healthy so you can continue to fuel your passion on ballfields everywhere.

Play Ball!

We promote and provide opportunities for competitive baseball for guys 60 years and older
