How to get invited to the Blue Ridge Spring Dinger

In each division the defending champion will get an automatic invitation.  All other berths will be by lottery.  All teams must follow the steps below to be informed of all further details and dates. We also allow one "host team" in each division.

Step 1: Notify us (via email to heyteam@dingerbaseballevents.com or through the contact page on this site) of your desire to bring a team and in which division.  That will get you on our list.

Step 2: We will send out an "intent to participate" email with a link to let us know that you firmly wish to attend the 2027 tournament and want to be included in the drawing.

Step 3: Emails will be sent out in August to notify you as to the date, time and process we will use to do the drawing (likely to be held at the end of August)

Although we have a timeframe for 2027 dates in mind, specific dates will be determined by the number of requests to participate in each division.
